On your request, our service retrieves and provides information from publicly accessible company registers and other authoritative company-data sources. These records may contain professional personal data of natural persons (e.g. managing directors, board members, authorised signatories/Prokura, or shareholders): in particular name, professional function/role, appointment or cessation date, and representation or ownership capacity. We do not collect private contact details, home addresses or personal identification numbers as new data fields.
Hosting, database and file storage take place in Germany (EU) — to that extent there is no third-country transfer. Transfers to the USA occur to Stripe and Cloudflare on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) together with supplementary measures. Email delivery via Resend is hosted in Ireland (EU). The controller is established in Singapore; there is no adequacy decision for Singapore, so any access from Singapore relies on the SCC or — where applicable — Art. 49 GDPR.
